Talk to a QA engineer — not a sales queue.
Tell us what you’re shipping and where it hurts. Your message goes straight to a senior tester who can actually answer it — no SDRs, no scripted demo, no pressure.

Short and specific beats long and vague.
A QA engineer will read it and reply within one business day. For anything urgent, email business@qacraft.com.

Honest answers to the real questions
Is the first call a sales pitch?
No. It’s a technical conversation with someone who tests software for a living — your product, your risks, and what’s worth doing first. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
Can I speak directly with a QA engineer?
Yes — that’s the default, not an upsell. You won’t be routed through an account manager to “understand your needs” before reaching anyone technical.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. A sentence on what you’re building, your stack if you know it, and what’s worrying you (flaky releases, slow regression, a launch deadline). Links or a brief are a bonus, never required.
How fast will you respond?
Within one business day, usually the same day. If it’s urgent, say so in your message and we’ll prioritise it.
