Test Automation Services
Playwright, Cypress & Appium suites that live in your repo, run in your CI, and re-verify every release while your team sleeps. Engineered by seniors, maintained under a flake budget, owned by you from day one.
what it is
Regression that runs itself — so releases stop being a bet.
Test automation is the practice of encoding your critical user flows as executable tests that run on every commit and every night — catching regressions in minutes instead of letting customers find them in production. Done properly, the suite lives in your repository, runs in your CI, and reads like code your own engineers would write — because that's the standard we hold.
is this you?
Check what's true. The page will be honest back.
Tick anything that sounds familiar — we'll tell you honestly whether automation is your fix.
how we work
Four phases. An artifact at the end of each.
Map
We rank your user flows by revenue-and-risk, audit any existing tests, and pick the framework against your stack — not our preference.

Senior engineers write the suite in your repo, following your code conventions, with page objects, fixtures and CI-ready structure.
→ artifact: top-10 flows automated, reviewed via your PR processWire
Suites plug into GitHub Actions, GitLab or Jenkins: PR smoke checks, nightly full regression, Slack/Teams reporting.

Coverage grows sprint by sprint; flakes are quarantined within 24h under an enforced flake budget; red builds get triaged by us, not your devs.

This is what your Tuesday mornings will look like.
A 20-second simulation of a nightly run — including the part that matters: what happens when something breaks.
the stack
Your stack decides. We're fluent in all of it.
Framework choice happens in Phase 1, against your application architecture, team skills and CI — documented with reasoning, so it survives your engineers' scrutiny.
deliverables
What lands in your repo — and stays there.
Page objects, fixtures, helpers — structured, documented, following your conventions.
Your critical flows as readable, maintainable tests — reviewed through your own PR process.
PR smoke gates + nightly full regression in your pipeline, under your accounts.
Pass rates, coverage, flake trends — visible to your whole team, not locked in our portal.
Results where your team already lives, every morning before standup.
Setup, conventions, runbooks — written so handover is a meeting, not a quarter.
proof
Outcomes, not activity reports.
A Playwright suite covering 42 critical flows, wired into GitHub Actions with PR smoke gates and nightly regression. Manual regression effort redeployed to exploratory testing of new features. Zero escaped P1s in the following nine months.
"The team went above and beyond to deliver the scripts in a very timely manner — even stepping me through how to run them."
pricing logic
Two ways to buy it. Zero hourly meters.
Automation Pod
Priced by flows kept green, not hours logged. Suite grows sprint by sprint; scale monthly.

Asked on every automation call. Answered here.
How much do test automation services cost?
Continuous automation is priced by flows kept green — typically less than one senior in-house QA hire in the US or Western Europe, scaling monthly. A fixed-price framework build (top 25 flows) runs 4–8 weeks with one quote. A 30-minute scoping call gets you one exact number.
How fast until we see value?
Risk map in 3 days, first flows running in your CI within 2 weeks, nightly regression on critical paths by week 4–6. If automation hasn't caught its first real regression within the first month, something is wrong — and we'll say so.
Playwright, Cypress or Selenium — which will you use?
Whichever your stack argues for. Playwright is our default for modern web (speed, parallelism, trace viewer), Cypress where your team already lives in it, Appium for native mobile, Selenium where legacy grids demand it. The Phase-1 decision doc shows the reasoning.
Who maintains the suite when the UI changes?
We do, under an enforced flake budget: flaky or broken tests are quarantined within 24 hours, root-caused, and fixed or deleted. A suite nobody trusts is worse than no suite — maintenance isn't an add-on, it's the job.
Will we be locked into your framework?
No. Standard open-source tooling, your repositories, your accounts, your conventions — with documentation written for handover. Ending the engagement means losing a vendor, not a test suite.
Can our developers contribute to the suite?
Please do — it's in your repo, reviewed through your PR process. The best outcome is a suite your team co-owns; we've designed every convention and doc for exactly that.
Your flows. Our seniors. Green by week six.
Build your plan in 60 seconds — or bring your flakiest suite to a 30-minute call and leave with a risk map and one number.
